Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact with the residents, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage google voice phone systems, handle inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure organizational clarity
- Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Support clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and preparing correspondence
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident questions or concerns promptly and courteously
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic data entry skills
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing phone systems and providing customer support
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is preferred; personal assistant experience is a bonus
