Server/ Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/ Bartender to join our dynamic team at Castle Oaks Golf Club in Ione, Ca. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Server/ Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, taking, inputting serving food orders, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
• Operate Club Caddie POS with training.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or catering functions.
• Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding alcohol service and food safety.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods efficiently.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Current CA food handlers certificate.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
