Hours: 5.75 hrs. (7:30 a.m. -1:15 p.m.)
Position: Cook, Baker helper
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Production:
- HACCP documentation logs
- clean prep area
Service:
- Preps Entrees/Bakery Items
- Take over for main entree cook/baker when they are absent
Closing Task:
- complete production records
- daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning
- put up stock
- laundry
- take out trash
- other tasks deemed appropriate by the manager
All positions will start at $13.00 per hour during a short training period but will increase to $17.95 upon completion of
training and positive review from manager.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Salary : $13 - $18
