Responsibilities:
- This is a selling position with shift goals utilizing product knowledge of features and benefits and engaging with customers. If you want a non-selling job, this isn’t it.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a professional environment.
- Provide a terrific engagement experience to our customers on a consistent basis. Contributes consistently to make work fun and engaging for team members and customers.
- Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests.
- Behave in an honest, fair, and professional manner.
- Work productively with others to achieve goals; takes responsibility for their own actions and behaviors.
- Promote teamwork and dependability by consistently working the posted schedule. Be there on time for your team.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone
- Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist and safely climb up/down a ladder
Scheduling Requirements: Up to 29 hours per week
- Up to 8-hour shifts
- Flexibility for Day/Evening/Night shifts
- Sunday-Saturday shifts
- Some holidays (closed Thanksgiving Day amp; Christmas Day)
