As an RNCM, your responsibilities would involve providing expert nursing care, including symptom and pain management, and emotional support to ensure patient comfort and dignity. This includes assessing patient needs to create personalized care plans. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families to coordinate holistic care, educate caregivers on managing symptoms and coping, and assist with end-of-life decisions and resources. Additionally, you'll offer spiritual and psychosocial support and maintain accurate documentation while adhering to safety standards.
This position would involve on-call, which would decrease as census enables for continued staff growth.

Qualifications:
Must have current certification as a Registered Nurse with the state of Wisconsin. Minimum of one year medical/surgical, hospice, home health, or skilled nursing facility experience preferred. Must possess exceptional communication, problem solving skills, and have a compassionate bedside manner. Must possess and maintain current automobile insurance and valid driver’s license.
