We are an established outpatient rehabilitation center in the East Bronx seeking dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation services.
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans (PT).
- Deliver therapeutic exercises and interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with providers and other rehabilitation professionals.
- Promote positive patient experiences and functional recovery.
