Nestled on 40 acres overlooking the southwestern corner of Narragansett Bay, Castle Hill Inn - a Relais & Chateaux hotel - is a coastal haven where guests come to relax and rejuvenate against a spectacular New England backdrop, a location that is second to none. The property features guest rooms that are perched on the sand dunes of our private beach, a banquet facility, and two restaurants featuring the talents of the culinary team. About the Position:In the Shuttle Driver role, you will be responsible for transporting guests and employees back and forth to downtown Newport. Typical shifts will range from 7:00AM-2:00PM and 2:00PM-9:00PM

Essential Duties:
- Drive to and from assigned locations.
- communicate issues effectively- timing, traffic patterns, etc.
- obey state and local traffic laws and regulations.
- provide lateral service when needed in valet department.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- A minimum of 3 years driving experience required
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
