Castle Bridge Marina is hiring for a Seasonal Marina Deckhand to support our busy boating season. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and helping customers have an unforgettable lake experience - this is the job for you!!
This position combines fueling assistance and equipment rentals in a fast-paced marina environment.
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Assist guests with docking and securing boats
- Support safe fueling operations
- Maintain clean, safe dock areas
- Monitor marina areas for safety concerns
- Weekends and Holidays are a must
Equipment Rentals
- Help guests check out and return rental equipment
- Inspect and prepare kayaks, paddleboards, and other watercraft
- Review safety guidelines with guests
What We Are Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat and changing weather
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong customer service skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Boating or marina experience is a plus (but not required)
Compensation
- $10 per hour base pay
- Tipped position (additional gratuities from guests)
