Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a Laboratory Testing Technician working from our laboratory in Pittsburgh, PA @ Nova Place location, with a start date on or before September 11, 2025.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Laboratory Testing Technician,

A typical day for the Laboratory Testing Technician includes sample processing, quality control checks, and overall laboratory support. The technician will be responsible for equipment setup for staining and imaging, reagent preparations, and specimen management. Main activities for this role include monitoring and maintaining equipment, conducting inventory checks and restocking consumables, and managing slide specimens through archiving, tracking, and storage. This role will also contribute to quality management tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day laboratory operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least an associate's degree in biological science (i.e., biology, chemistry, etc)
• Laboratory work experience required.
• Proven flexibility and dependable performance

SCHEDULE

• Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, exempt position, working from our Pittsburgh, PA @ Nova Place laboratory.
• The role may require flexibility to meet operational needs.

Salary Range: $48,000 - $72,000. Salary Range is based on Experience and Education levels. 20% Bonus Potential
