This role will spend the most time addressing help desk tickets for hardware and software issues, assisting users with patience, preparing new hires and facilitating a positive onboarding process by preparing their laptops, ordering their equipment, and providing basic technical training. and supporting technical projects such as infrastructure improvements and software changes. Qualifications

- Demonstrates adaptability and the ability to learn and develop new skill sets
