Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a Junior Technical Analyst working from our Friendswood, TX, office location, with a start date on or before January 5, 2026.

This position serves as the first line of support for end users requiring IT assistance, resolving or escalating help desk requests as needed. The role is heavily focused on end-user support for hardware and software issues and plays a key role in IT onboarding by preparing and deploying laptops, ordering and managing equipment, and providing basic technical training to ensure a positive new-hire experience. Responsibilities also include managing and administering IT assets; maintaining laptops, desktops, monitors, and printers; managing Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, SSO, and MFA accounts; and performing device imaging, wiping, and operating system installations. In addition, this role supports Microsoft and VMware servers, cloud backup services, and participates in IT projects such as infrastructure improvements and software changes as assigned by IT leadership, while communicating issues and seeking guidance from department leadership as appropriate.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, related field, or related work experience in lieu of education
- Intermediate understanding of various computer software and hardware
- Entry-level system administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong people skills
- Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week, exempt position, working from the Friendswood, TX office.
- Travel approximately 20% of the time.
