Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Specialist located in Downers Grove, IL. The Parts Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with parts inquiries, ensuring accurate inventory management and control, placing orders, and maintaining stock levels. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, effective communication with clients and team members, and collaborating to optimize the parts department's performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Inventory Management and Inventory Control processes
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with automotive parts and systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in automotive parts management is beneficial
