Sales Representative – Spray Foam Insulation
Castillo Insulation is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, generating leads, and closing sales. Experience in construction or insulation is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new residential and commercial leads.
- Visit homeowners, contractors, and builders.
- Prepare and present estimates.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Close sales and meet monthly goals.
- Maintain excellent customer service.
- Keep accurate records of leads and sales.
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
