Overview
We're seeking a licensed and bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to support our personal lines insurance clients with exceptional service and attention to detail.
Duties
- Manage personal lines policies — auto, home, renters, and umbrella.
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and billing questions.
- Provide accurate quotes and assist with claims or coverage inquiries.
- Maintain client files and ensure compliance with carrier and state regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
Experience
- Active Property & Casualty license (preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Experience with personal lines insurance and AMS/CRM systems preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40, $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
