Requirements for hire:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years carpentry or sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to work 10-hour days up to 5 days a week
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must conduct ones self with integrity and honesty
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Networking
- Qualifying incoming leads and meeting with prospective clients who are looking to remodel a kitchen or bathroom
- Meeting with design prospects to define a clear scope of work within budget parameters
- Must be able to sell design projects that meet clients needs and budgets as well as producing profitable jobs for the company
- Excellent communication skills
- Close working relationship with design and production team
- Must be able to meet sales goals and produce profitable jobs within the acceptable margins
