Job SummaryWe are seeking a Project Scheduler to support the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Special Missions Aircraft Department Integrated Product Team (IPT) Program Manager. Responsibilities/Duties:Provide support to the Special Missions IPT on all program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aspects to include integrating IMS scheduling inputs from Program Management, aircraft engineering, aircraft integration/test, logistics, commercial vendor Weapons Replacement Assemblies (WRAs) (deliverables), Budget and Financial Management (BFM), and contracts. Provide schedule forecasts for all Special Mission IPT efforts. Create long-range aircraft schedule strategies, acquisition scheduling documents, and budgetary schedules for Program Objective Memorandums (POMs), Congressional Staffer Briefs, Department of Navy (DoN) Classified Budgets/Briefs, Acquisition Strategy Reviews (ASRs), and Acquisition Plans (APs).Required Clearance: Current Secret or Interim Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility. Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience with a BS in Business or Technical Management. Highly proficient in Microsoft Project and OnePager Pro. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, & PowerPoint).Desired Qualifications: Experience with NAVAIR Special Missions Programs.
