Requirements
3 years in the hospitality industry
Extensive wine knowledge
Knowledge of Sake preferred, but not required
Experience in fine dining restaurants and service
Upscale sushi experience preferred, but not required
Ability to communicate and work in English; additional languages beneficial
Professional appearance, care and grooming
