Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings
- Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events, banquets, or special functions, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments with strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing, mixing, and serving alcohol responsibly
