Duties
- Clean and set tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, windows, and restrooms.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and food quality.
- Help with the organization of kitchen supplies and dining materials.
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas.
- Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with bussing techniques and hospitality standards is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
