Duties
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests accurately and promptly, ensuring presentation quality
- Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing additional service support as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing tables after each guest
- Support food handling procedures by adhering to safety standards and proper hygiene practices
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate timely delivery of orders
- Assist with basic catering setups or special event support when required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a busy environment
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Enthusiastic attitude with a focus on customer service excellence
- Experience working in hotels or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory
