Job Overview
Castaneda CPA & Associates is seeking a proactive, organized, and personable Business Development Coordinator to support our firm's growth and client experience initiatives.
This is a hybrid role combining business development, marketing coordination, client success, and administrative support. You will be responsible for helping generate and nurture leads, coordinating client onboarding, managing relationships with prospective and existing clients, assisting with marketing campaigns, and supporting internal operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable communicating with business owners, enjoys building relationships, and can effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, delivering exceptional service and timely communication.
- Follow up with leads, schedule consultations, and support the client acquisition process.
- Coordinate client onboarding, document collection, and workflow management.
- Assist with marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, events, and referral partner outreach.
- Maintain accurate CRM, client, and operational records.
- Support leadership with project coordination, scheduling, and administrative priorities.
- Deliver bookkeeping, payroll, and tax projects timely
Qualifications
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- 4 year higher education degree or equivalent work experience
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and supporting sales and business development efforts.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and business technology platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a CPA firm, professional services firm, marketing, sales, client success, or administrative role preferred.
- Exceptional Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
