We are expanding our entertainment division to include once-in-a-lifetime music events at the Acropolis in Athens, Greece, featuring a 60-piece orchestra performing alongside both mainstream and top Christian music artists. These concerts are part of exclusive 8-day luxury travel experiences curated by CAST.
Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Music Talent Booking Agent with deep industry connections and proven success in booking both mainstream and Christian artists. This role focuses on securing high-profile talent to perform at these historic, orchestral concert events.
This is a commission-based position ideal for a seasoned industry professional who thrives on creative collaboration, negotiation, and delivering world-class experiences.
Responsibilities
- Source, pitch, and secure award-winning mainstream and Christian music artists for CAST’s Acropolis concert series.
- Manage talent relationships, negotiations, and contracts in coordination with CAST’s executive and production teams.
- Collaborate with orchestral, production, and travel teams to ensure seamless artist participation.
- Leverage existing entertainment industry relationships to identify and attract high-value talent.
- Maintain professional communication with management, agents, and publicists to ensure smooth coordination.
Qualifications
- Proven experience booking music artists at the national or international level (mainstream and Christian markets).
- Strong industry network and reputation for professionalism and results.
- Deep understanding of artist management, touring, and performance logistics.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a commission-based, entrepreneurial environment.
