Industrial Maintenance Technician - Weekend Shift

We are an aluminum foundry and machine shop seeking motivated Maintenance Technicians to support our production operations. This is a hands-on role focused on equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Shifts Available: Weekend Shift 36 hours paid as 40 hours
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Friday-Sunday) 5:00AM - 5:00PM

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) and corrective maintenance
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Use MaintainX (CMMS maintenance app) to:
• Receive, prioritize, and close work orders
• Document repairs, PMs, and parts usage in real time
• Support equipment history and reliability tracking
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience with any or all of the following is preferred:

• Electrical systems (single-phase and three-phase)
• Pneumatics and hydraulics
• Welding and fabrication
• Motors, gearboxes, and drives
• Conveyors and material handling systems
• Forklifts and industrial vehicles
• General mechanical troubleshooting
• Experience using MaintainX or other CMMS software

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read basic schematics and manuals
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for maintenance documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a safety-first mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
