The Role
Cast Stylists are more than just sales associates. They work collaboratively across our team to assist with the operations of our first boutique and help establish the culture of Cast at retail.
- Welcome clients hospitably and connect with them authentically
- Consult intelligently and sell elegantly
- Close sales gratefully and proactively accomplish store policies and procedures
Responsibilities
Our Stylists are responsible for:
- Executing store operation policies and standards, including sales and record-keeping procedures, security, and maintenance
- Providing insights to inform future store openings and ongoing store operations
- Maintaining a self-motivated approach to continually educate themselves and thrive as part of our high-performing team
Requirements
To succeed as a Cast Stylist, you will need:
- A strong background in luxury goods retail sales, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in fine jewelry or luxury goods store clienteling
- Passion for welcoming customers and building long-term client relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and attention to detail
