What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Construction / Remodeling Technician position at CAST Home Builders?
CAST Home Builders is a general contracting company based in Lehi, serving Utah County and the Wasatch Back. We specialize in bathroom remodels, along with general remodeling and basement finishing.

- Reading a scope of work and executing without step-by-step direction
Nice to have (not required):
- Basic plumbing or electrical exposure (fixture swaps, outlet work)
- Experience with waterproofing systems (Schluter/Kerdi, RedGard) for bathroom work
- Spanish language skills a plus — much of our crew primarily speaks Spanish
Compensation: $22–$28/hr, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, W2
Apply with a brief description of your construction/remodeling background, including any flooring or tile experience.
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
