Overtime up to 12 hours per day is available and is VOLUNTARY for those who wish to participate. Overtime is never mandatory at Cast Coatings.

If you have a strong work ethic, are responsible and want a long term job, a growing company in Southwestern Michigan has a need for you. We are an Industrial Painting Shop applying Powder Coat, E-Coat, Liquid & Dip Coat to parts.
General Labor primary duties include working at the direction of the Production Supervisor and safely performing a wide range of tasks that include job set up, loading and unloading parts from paint lines, quality inspection, packaging, etc.
Previous Powder Coating or E-Coating experience is a plus; but is not necessary. We are willing to train candidates in our factory that are detail oriented and have a desire to learn. If you become a candidate chosen to start training as a Powder Coat Painter, you will be essential in delivering high-quality finishes on various products through industrial painting techniques. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your role will require knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes. You will maximize relevant skills to ensure efficiency and precision, making you a vital part of our team committed to excellence in every project.
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing / warehouse environment and include maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will participate in job rotation in a variety of areas based on production needs.
1st shift runs from 7:00am - 3:30pm.
8 Paid Holidays after 90 days of employment.
Paid Vacation/PTO after 6 months of employment.
