What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and implement treatment plans under the supervision of the Dentist.
- Document all patient findings, treatments, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly.
- Provide oral health education and preventive care services.
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and sterilization of dental equipment in assigned operatories.
- Assess oral health conditions and patient risk factors.
- Conduct patient screenings, including medical history reviews, dental charting, and periodontal charting.
- Take and record patient vital signs as required.
- Support the delivery of compassionate, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Current Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist license.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills.
- Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
