- Invoicing of merchandise at location
- Accounts receivable for location
- Receiving of merchandise
- Make bank deposits
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- Research past-due invoices and review statements
- Other duties may be assigned
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Two to three years of related experience and/or training
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to accurately process and record a large volume of numerical data
- Experience in accounts receivable
- Prior bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of general accounting functions
- Experience with data entry
