Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

In this role you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality service standard, optimizing Fargo growth, and maintaining client satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is someone who has strong leadership and team management skills, has excellent customer service abilities, and has the abilities to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

CCC provides services across the state of North Dakota including in Fargo, Bismarck, and Dickinson.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support cleaning staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning standards in line with CCC requirements.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve service efficiency and consistency.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.
• Track performance metrics, prepare weekly reports, and brainstorm with management on areas of improvement.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to meet health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the HR and finance departments on payroll, staff issues, and budgeting.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (scheduling software, gmail, etc.).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in a management role is a bonus, but we are happy to train you.
