Job Title: Cleaning Technician
Location: Various homes/businesses near Bismarck, ND.
Job Type: Hiring for both part-time and/or full-time

CCC provides services across the state of North Dakota including in Fargo, Bismarck, and Dickinson.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of cleaning tasks to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and other facilities.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Handle and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and efficient manner.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages that require attention.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to meet health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for 3-6 hour periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is an advantage, but we are also happy to teach you everything you need to know.
