Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans
- Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions
- Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides
- Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff
- Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders
- Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy
- Documents care using electronic charting systems
- Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
- Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults
