Trinity Springs, a Cassia community, is hiring Caregivers to join our inclusive team in an Assisted Living and Memory Care settings! Your talents will be valued and supported here. As a Caregiver at Trinity Springs, you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others. You will be working in our Assisted Living.
Positions Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend
Available Shifts (Including every other weekend):
Wage Range: $15 - $17.57 /hour depending on experience
Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Provide residents' services based on service schedules/care plans.
- Exhibit a caring and compassionate attitude for others.
- Answer help and pull cords in timely fashion and take appropriate action.
- Plan and complete duties with minimal direction from supervisor.
- Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
- Complete incident reports within scheduled shift.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule as we work on a 2 week rotation.
- 1 year of caregiving (CNA or HHA) experience preferred
- Assisted Living experience preferred
