Apple Valley Villa, a Cassia community, is seeking dedicated Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, or TMA) to join our team in Apple Valley, MN! At Apple Valley Villa, you'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families alike.
As a Caregiver at Apple Valley Villa, you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others.
Shifts Available:
Evenings 4:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Full-Time)
Nights 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM (Part-Time)
Wage Range: $17.00 - $22.00 / hour depending on experience
Location: 14610 Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124
Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Provide routine nursing care and services to our residents
- Administer medications to residents as needed
- Communicate any resident concerns with licensed nursing staff
- Assist in resident emergencies
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls as needed
- Perform additional tasks as required
- Med Passer experience preferred but not required
- HHA, PCA or CNA experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English fluently
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work well with others
- A passion for fostering fullness of life for those we serve
- Selected candidates are required to pass background checks
- Must be 18 years or older
