Role Description This full-time remote Educator role is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in an online learning environment. The Educator will plan, prepare, and deliver standards-based lessons, adapting materials and strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Daily responsibilities include facilitating live or asynchronous classes, monitoring student progress, providing timely feedback, and maintaining clear communication with students, families, and colleagues. The role also involves assessing student performance, documenting grades, and participating in virtual meetings, trainings, and professional development. The Educator is expected to uphold district policies, foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture, and incorporate digital tools to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and demonstrated ability to apply current instructional best practices.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching, including designing clear objectives, activities, and assessments for remote learning.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with students, families, and staff.
- Experience in Training or mentoring learners, with the ability to guide and support diverse student populations.
