Job description:
Cassens Transport Company is currently in search of a hard working, dependable individual to fill a Operations Manager position at our Niagara Falls NY location. Candidates will be hired on full time with benefits. (Health, Vision, Dental, 401k)
Duties include:
Customer support and daily report preparation.
Ensure employee compliance of all State, Federal and Company rules.
Inventory Management and productivity evaluation.
Work with all staff and have direct contact with senior management.
Supervision of workers in the field.
Applicants must:
Have an open schedule.
Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills are required.
Ability to work in a team-oriented manner with the capability to work independently.
Proficient with technology (computers, scanners, tablets, printers, smart phones).
Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
18 years or older.
Associates or higher preferred.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Previous operations manager experience is a plus.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
