Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Level 2 IT Support Specialist to provide onsite desktop support for our health care facilities, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure timely resolution of technical problems. This role involves direct interaction with end-users, ticket documentation, and collaboration with team leads to maintain consistent IT operations across shifts.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Windows desktop support.
· Certifications: A , Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or higher.
· Proficiency in:
o Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
o Office 365 and enterprise antivirus solutions
o Helpdesk ticketing systems
o Device management (iOS/Android), encryption solutions
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Willingness to work off-hours and weekends as needed.
