Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their needs as they arrive.
- Ensure that all carts are clean, organized, and readily available for guest use.
- Monitor the cart area to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist guests in loading and unloading items from carts as needed.
- Provide information about services, events, and amenities available to guests.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance guest experiences during events or peak times.
- Address any guest concerns or conflicts with professionalism and courtesy.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve customer service skills and knowledge of the facility.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately; previous cash handling experience is a plus.
- Experience working with children or in a theater environment is beneficial.
- Skills in conflict management to effectively resolve guest issues.
- Previous experience in food service or events management is advantageous but not required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
