JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and experienced Farm Maintenance Worker to assist with the daily maintenance, upkeep, and repairs of the farm property and facilities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on maintenance experience, be able to work independently and as a Team, and take pride in keeping the property safe and well-maintained.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general farm maintenance and property repairs.
- Repair and maintain fencing, gates, and farm structures.
- Perform basic plumbing repairs.
-Complete painting and general handyman projects.
-Operate lawn equipment for mowing, weed eating, and hedge trimming.
- Assist with welding and other repair projects as needed.
-Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
-Identify maintenance issues and complete repairs in a timely manner.
-Follow all workplace safety procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-Previous farm maintenance or general maintenance experience is required.
-Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as work as a Team.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
-Must be willing to perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions.
