CNC Operators - Night Shift

Hiring CNC Machinists - Several shift positions

Location: 2688 E Rose Garden Ln, Phoenix, AZ 85050 (101 & Cave Creek Rd)

CMI Group North is an Aerospace & Defense manufacturing facility.

• Day Shift (Monday - Thursday)
• Night Shift - 20 % Shift differential
• Weekend Shift (Full time Friday - Sunday OR Part time Saturday - Sunday)

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating a CNC Mill

OR

• Prior experience operating a CNC Lathe

Additional qualifications:

• Data Analysis
• Good Organizational Skills
• Use of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of basic hand tools
• Ability to understand machining processes
• Understand basic information in drawings and tool descriptions
• Self-motivated to execute plans as directed by supervisor
• Able to clearly communicate any issues to other team members
• Critical thinking, problem solving
• Demonstrate excellent attendance

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, lift, bend, stoop, squat, sit and/or walk the majority of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted
• CMI Group is an ITAR regulated facility. Employees must be able to meet the US Person requirement
