As an Entry Level Account Representative, you’ll complete account management training to match customers with the perfect Verizon Fios service options in residential communities. By simplifying account details and ensuring accurate sales and account enrollment, the Entry Level Account Representative will help our customers understand the full range of benefits Verizon Fios offers.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Account Representative
- Initiate in-person customer conversations to showcase Verizon's internet and entertainment options while laying the groundwork for successful account management.
- Perform key sales and account duties by listening to needs and matching families with suitable Verizon Fios plans and services.
- Guide customers through the full account-creation process to ensure accurate setup and a positive first experience with Verizon Fios.
- Enhance account value by identifying sales upgrade paths for faster Verizon Fios internet or additional features during sales interactions.
- Ensure seamless account activation and initial sales follow-through to set customers up for long-term success with Verizon Fios.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact, helping customers maximize their Verizon Fios investment through effective account management.
