Cass County Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our small, resident-focused skilled nursing facility. If you enjoy building relationships with residents and staff, making meaningful decisions, and leading a close-knit team, this is the opportunity for you.

As the Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of the facility while working closely with department leaders to ensure exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This role will also oversee and maintain the facility's social media presence, showcasing resident activities, staff recognition, and community events.

Compensation

• Salary: $90,000–$95,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

• Lead, mentor, and support department managers and staff.

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and the local community.

• Monitor staffing, budgets, quality measures, and overall facility performance.

• Foster a positive culture centered on teamwork and resident satisfaction.

• Maintain the facility's social media accounts by sharing resident activities, staff recognition, special events, and community involvement.

• Support marketing initiatives and help grow facility census.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) required.

• Previous long-term care leadership experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience with budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance.

• Comfortable managing social media in a professional and engaging manner.
