What are the responsibilities and job description for the Homecare Aide position at Cass County Mental Health Association?
Job Duties
The Homecare Aide will assist clients with basic life activities and general household tasks within the client's home. Those activities and tasks may include cleaning, planning and preparing meals, running errands, or any other tasks within the client's Plan of Care. A successful Homecare Aide will have empathy and compassion for the clients they serve, as well as patience and flexibility to adapt to changing needs. Additionally, a Homecare Aide must be organized and efficient in completing the required paperwork for each client. Daytime hours available.
Education and/or Experience
Candidates must possess a high school diploma/equivalent or relevant experience. Candidates must also possess a valid Driver's License and valid auto insurance.
