Scope of Work:
Optimize Google Business Profile for higher local rankings
Improve website SEO (on-page technical)
Build and optimize location-based service pages
Develop a local backlink strategy
Perform keyword research focused on home inspection services
Provide a clear SEO roadmap with measurable goals
Requirements:
Proven experience with local SEO for service-based businesses
Ability to show real results (rankings, traffic, lead generation)
Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization
Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
