Industrial Maintenance, 12 HR Weekend Grave Shift

Schedule

• Weekend 12-hr Grave Shift: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
• 36 hours of work, paid for 40
• Steady schedule – no rotating shifts
• Enjoy 4 days off every week – that is 16 days off per month

Pay

• Minimum starting pay $25/hr. $3 weekend differential = $28/hr. to start
• Hourly rate negotiable depending on skills and experience.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery, motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and other equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues using precision tools and instrumentation

• Fabricate, adjust, and replace parts as needed

• Maintain parts and supply inventories, anticipate needs, and place orders

• Track maintenance trends and prepare reports

• Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

• Collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair PLC/HMI systems

• Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills

• Proficiency with a wide variety of power tools

• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
