Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team in time to get trained for our busy season. The ideal candidate is driven, eager to learn, and good with customers. There is opportunity for advancement for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Learn about our product offerings and sales techniques
- Support daily operations and sales processes
- Prepare for a high-volume sales environment in the spring
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Passion for motorsports and outdoor activities is a plus
