Job Description
Caspar Building Systems, Inc is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team in Casper, WY. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish, including the coordination of subcontractors and vendors. This position will also be responsible for coordinating with the client and vendors to ensure all necessary documents are received and prepared for the client. Candidates MUST have experience in General Contracting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 10 years experience in Construction Project Management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on site as needed
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
