Project Manager (Remote WFH)

Job Description

Casne Engineering is seeking an energetic and self-driven individual to provide project management support for engineering and technology projects. Candidates must be detail oriented, proactive, professional, and have positive demeanor. This position is work-from-home friendly.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects with direct responsibilities to Clients and Program Managers
• Entry/updating of company and project databases, data transfers and e-document management
• Assembling of hard-copy and electronic project submittal documents
• Processing of correspondence such as Submittals, RFIs and change orders
• Facilitating project closeout documentation
• Work with larger project management team to apply best practices and gather lessons learned
  
  

Required

• 5 years prior project experience with CAPM certification or 3 years prior with PMP
• Demonstrated leadership of a cross functional team consisting of technical and project administration
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, cloud data storage and PDF manipulation
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with a proactive approach to follow up
• Detail-oriented and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple deadline-driven tasks effectively and efficiently
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and works well in a team environment
• Strong ability to lead customer facing meetings
• Successful completion of federal background checks (including possible drug testing, depending on the client) for access badging requirements
  
  

Preferences

• Experience in the design engineering, consulting, and/or IT services industries
• Experience with shared information portals such as Smartsheet, Newforma, Procore, etc.
• Experience in handling sensitive client information and documents
