What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to new leads, past customers, and unsold opportunities
- Generate interest through follow-up and cold outreach
- Set appointments for the sales team and help ensure customers show up
- Keep our CRM updated with accurate customer information (name, phone, email)
- Work closely with sales and marketing to support promotions and campaigns
- Deliver a professional, friendly experience that reflects the Ford brand
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (especially over the phone)
- Organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using computers, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and positive attitude
- Automotive experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
