We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who’s ready to take full ownership of a high-value territory, drive strategic growth, and build lasting customer relationships that translate into real revenue.
This is not a passive account management role. This is for someone who wants to run their business within our business—analyzing, strategizing, forecasting, and executing at a high level.

- Build and execute territory-level strategy, not just react to inbound demand

What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of a multi-state territory with 150–250 active accounts and 100 qualified prospects
- Develop targeted account strategies based on segmentation and opportunity size
- Analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and growth potential
- Build strong relationships with buyers, procurement teams, and stakeholders
- Create and manage accurate sales forecasts at the account and territory level
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technical Services, Marketing, and Accounting
- Track and optimize margin, volume, and profitability
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline using CRM tools (NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar)
- Represent the company at trade shows, site visits, and key customer meetings
Who You Are
- 10 years of B2B sales experience in technical or electronic products/services
- A proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong experience managing and growing a defined book of business
- Skilled in consultative selling, territory planning, and forecasting
- Comfortable engaging with and presenting to senior-level decision-makers
- Highly organized, analytical, and strategic in your sales approach
- Fluent in CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools
- Motivated by performance-based earnings and accountability
