Position Title: F/B Housekeeper
Position Status: Hourly Shift Hours: Overnight (12am-8am)
Qualifications:
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Physically able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
Present a well-groomed, professional appearance.
Read, write, speak, and understand English.
Friendly, outgoing personality.
Good physical condition.
Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:
Lift 35 pounds and carry 20 pounds.
Work in a fast paced, stressful work environment
Stoop, bend, and twist.
Tolerate areas with secondary smoke.
Tolerate high noise levels, bright light and dust.
Overall Responsibilities:
Responsible for the cleaning of the Kitchen area.
Essential Functions:
Change Fryers, clean hoods, ovens, grill, grease trap, drains.
Sweep and mop all floors in Kitchen and Bar areas.
Pull out coolers and shelves to sweep and mop under. Also clean under sinks, tables and dishwasher in all kitchen areas.
Clean ceilings and walls.
Pull and clean mats in kitchen.
Proper use of chemicals and equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and employees.
Any reasonable request made by management.
Meeting attendance requirements of the job and adhering to policies and procedures.
Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
Performing all job functions in a safe and reasonable manner.
Maintaining proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards.
